The invention relates to a continuously operable sorption air-conditioning system having at least two sorption reactors which can be operated alternately in an adsorption phase and a desorption phase. In this case, a condenser is assigned to the sorption reactor operated in the desorption phase, and an evaporator is assigned to the sorption reactor operated in the adsorption phase. By contrast with a known system in which open circuits and air are used as heat-carrying medium, the system according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that each sorption reactor (E5, E6) is assigned a spraying vessel (S5, S6) which functions optionally as an evaporator or condenser on the basis of the respective temperature and pressure levels, is part of a closed circuit and is connected on the output side to a compensation vessel in each case (E2, E3), and that the compensation vessels (E2, E3) are, for their part, connected on the output side to a heat exchanger (17 and 21, respectively) and are interconnected by means of a connecting line (22) which can be shut off. <IMAGE>
