The method includes the steps of applying a liguid crystal-monomer mixture (200) on a substrate (100) in the transfer direction of the substrate, attaching a polymer film (300) to the substrate under the predetermined pressure, applying heat or ultraviolet rays on the substrate to transform and harden the monomer of the mixture layer (200) into polymer to form a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer. The apparatus includes a transfer mechanism (10), an applying unit (20), an adhering unit (30), a film supplying unit (40) and a hardening unit (50), thereby contineously and sequentially manufacturing the polymer dispersed liquid crystal display panel.
