PURPOSE:To accurately grasp an operation state by respectively mounting a data collecting means, a data processing means and a display processing means to a data processing means, an analyzing and judging means and an equipment control means and performing trend processing, correlation processing and dispersion processing by the data processing means. CONSTITUTION:Data collecting means 203, 204, 205 sample the desired data outputted from a detector 202 for investigating the operation state of a plastic extrusion molding machine 201 at a set arbitrary sampling cycle. Data processing means 206, 207, 208 perform predetermined operational processing from the desired sampled data and display processing means 209, 210, 211 perform display processing in order to display predetermined operation results in a predetermined form. A data processing means 212, an analyzing and judging means 213 and an equipment control means 214 respectively contain the data collecting means 203, 204, 205, the data processing means 206, 207, 208 and the display processing means 209, 210, 211. Further, the data processing means 212 performs data processing 212, trend processing 215, correlation processing 216 and dispersion processing 217. |
