A nonreducing dielectric ceramic composition comprises a main component which is formed by respective oxides of Ba, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ce, Ti and Zr, and its general formula is represented by (Ba1- l -m-n-oSr l CamMgnCeo)q(Ti1-pZrp)O3. In this case, l , m, n, o, p and q satisfy the relationships, 0.05 </= l </= 0.30, 0.005 </= m </= 0.22, 0.0005 </= n </= 0.05, 0.0005 </= o </= 0.02, 0 < p </= 0.20, 1.002 </= q </= 1.03. Furthermore, when respective oxides of Mn, Fe, Cr and Co are represented as MnO2, Fe2O3, Cr2O3 and CoO, at least kind of the respective oxides is added by 0.02 to 2.0 mole % for the main component of 100 mole %. |
