PURPOSE:To perform laser medical treatment in a body in a simple constitution without dirtying a lens and a window in a laser emitting part by providing a pressure control means which sucks a liquid from an emission end part and stops it in a prescribed position and closing the emission end part with this liquid. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 12 of a hand piece part 3 is pressed with a finger and an emission end part 4 is inserted into a liquid 16 in this state; and when the finger is released from the elastic body 12, the liquid 16 is sucked to a position where it is not brought into contact with a lens and a window 5 in a pipe 11, and the liquid 16 is sucked in the pipe 11 and is inserted into the body in this state. Though body liquids in the body are preliminarily discharged and substituted with air in this case, the liquid 16 prevents penetration from the emission end part 4 even if body liquids remain, and the emission end part 4 is not damaged because it is covered with the liquid 16 even if the emission end part is brought into contact with a projection of the inside wall of the body. After the liquid 16 is inserted into the body in this manner, an assist gas is sent from a pump into a cable 2 to push a ball 14 as a valve and an air hole 15 is opened to discharged the liquid 16 if it is necessary to remove the liquid 16. |
