The amplifier prevents DC bias voltage variation when the amplifier controls gain and reduces noise magnitude. The amplifier includes input terminals which input signal voltage, the 1st and 2nd transistors which connect collector to output load resistors, a current sink means(300) which sinks the current according to the gain controlled voltage, and a bias circuit(100) which holds DC bias current.
