a counter for synchronizing the number of bits of recording data included in image data of one line with data transmission clock signal; a latch for parallelly latching data counted according to a strobe end signal; a transmitter for loading data latched and shifting it, and then converting it to serial data; a controller for loading data latched on the transmitter; a reset circuit for resetting data at the start point of every line according to the line sync signal of image data; and a controller for controlling the toner supply to a toner supplying means by storing data in a memory, detecting the amount of consumption of the toner for the number of bits of predetermined record data corresponding to data counted and judging the concentration of the toner according to the amount of consumption of the toner.
