The air inflow preventing member 8, 10 are arranged between a fitting end block 3 to fit the corona wire 5 constituting the discharge pole to the shield member 2 and a grid 6. In this way, the inflow of dirty air from the end of the corona discharger 1 is prevented, ozone in the corona discharger is uniformly dispersed not to stay in the central area and the deterioration of an image bearer and the deposition of dirt on the grid 6 and the corona wire 5 can be prevented. |
