PURPOSE:To automate the waterproofing of an electric wire connection part and prevent the enlarging of the waterproofed electric wire connection part of a large number of electric wires. CONSTITUTION:A pallet jig 12 comprises a recessed part for arranging an electric wire connection part, groove part for arranging an electric wire continuously in both sides of the recessed part and an air bleed hole communicating with the recessed part. A conveying means continuously conveys a plurality of the pallet jigs. In a band-shaped sheet material supply means 23, a band- shaped sheet material 24 having flexibility is arranged in an upper surface of the pallet jig. Slits 24a, 24b are formed in both sides of the band-shaped sheet material. In suction means 29, air in the recessed part of the pallet jig is sucked to closely attach the band-shaped sheet to the recessed part. In a filling material injection means 32, a fixed quantity of filling material is injected into the recessed part. |
