The device simplifies the structure, reduces the manufacturing cost, and makes the excellent reading of secret code and function signal. The device includes a transmiter which transmits the conversion signal, a receiver which executes the function signal to the robot system, a 1st secret code input, the function key input, a basic frequency gejerator, an encoder which codes the pulsed signal, a 2nd secret code input, a signal modulator, an inverter which converts pulsed signal, and a microcomputer which outputs the function signal to the robot system.
