The device automatically adjusts the microwave frequency and transition frquency, reduces the manufacturing cost, and improves the productivity. The device includes an image signal selection means which selects the clamping image signal, an amplifying means which controls the compared signal between selected signal and synchronous signal level signal, a 1st adjust means which holds the 1st current signal, a 2nd adjust means which holds the amplifying ratio. The 1st adjust means has a 1st frequency detector, 1st comparator, a current controler. The 2nd adjust means has a 2nd frequency detector, a 2nd comparator, and a gain controller.
