PURPOSE:To provide a light weight foamable magnet having high cushioning property, the property of buffering material and magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:Raw material is brought into a sol state by mixing the aqueous cooking agent, consisting of powderly magnetic material and an organic high molecule, and heat decomposable organic foaming agent. This sol-like material is sent out in a thin film state from the slit 3 of a molding die 2 and received by a jointless conveyer 4 which is rotated at all times. Then, the material is carried simultaneously with foaming, dried up and formed into a foamed sheet 7. After removal of this foamed sheet 7 from the conveyor, it is magnetized and a foamed magnet 8 is completed. |
