BURGLAR PREVENTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a device in which burglar can be prevented from occurring even when it is illegally modified. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a burglar prevention unit 3 which outputs an ID code when an inputted password number coincides with a memory number memorized in advance. Also, the device is equipped with an ECU 5 which starts engine control when the ID code coincides with a memory code memorized in nonvolatile memory 16 in advance. The ID codes are set as different codes at every burglar prevention unit 3. The ECU can be prevented from starting control even when the burglar prevention unit 3 is exchanged for the one of the burglar prevention device of a third party since the ID codes are different. Therefore, it is possible to heighten a burglar prevention effect by the ID code.
