<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an uneven part from being generated when a nonsegmented echo is displayed. CONSTITUTION:The correction circuit 30 which corrects and processes scanning- line data output from a frame memory for a scan converter is installed. The correction circuit 30 delays the scanning-line data one line by one line by line memories 32, 34, and a maximum value out of the scanning-line data is detected by a maximum-value detection circuit 36. The correction circuit 30 delays the output of the maximum-value detection circuit 36 one dot by one dot in the horizontal direction by delay circuits 38, 40, and the maximum value of the scanning-line data is detected by a maximum-value detection circuit 42. By this processing, a radar echo which appears in the scanning-line data is expanded and corrected three dots by three dots at the maximum in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. The difference between a raster address and central data is found by a difference operation circuit 44, and a distance- gate generation circuit 46 supplies a gate signal to the maximum-value detection circuits 36, 42. According to the gate signal, an object whose maximum value is to be detected is controlled, and a magnification ratio is controlled according to the distance from the center of video data.</p> |
