PURPOSE:To efficiently suck waste by preventing the dropping of the stripping waste. CONSTITUTION:A suction pipe 10 in which an end opening 10a is directed toward sides of cutters 2A, 2B is disposed at sides of the cutters 2A, 2B and an air intake cutout 22 is provided at an upper edge of the opening 10a of the pipe 10. A step 24 for preventing the dropping of waste from an interior is provided at a lower edge of the opening of the pipe 10, and an oblique surface 26 directed toward the cutout 22 side is provided at a inner surface of the step 24. |
