Composition intended for the production of constituent courses of roadways, in particular foundation courses and base courses, consisting essentially of a granular material whose granularity, defined by the d/D range in which d corresponds to the particles of smaller diameter and D to the particles of larger diameter, satisfies the relationships d = 0 and D </= 20 mm, the composition being characterised in that the granular material is combined with a ternary mixture of quicklime, fly ash and inorganic fibres.
