PURPOSE:To reduce dispersion of a high voltage pulse by restricting charge voltage of a capacitor before inverting a rectangular wave, and controlling a charge quantity to the charge/discharge capacitor per half cycle. CONSTITUTION:At the time of inverting a rectangular wave, since both end voltage VS1 of a pulse driving voltage element S1 is higher than breakover voltage of the element S1 due to a potential difference by a charge accumulated in a charge/discharge capacitor C2 and a divider capacitor C3, the element S1 is turned on. Then, the capacitor C2 is discharged, to equalize voltages of the capacitors C2, C3, and the element S1 is turned off. Here by not charging the capacitor C2, voltage applied to the element S1 is OV until the rectangular wave is inverted, and also the element S1 is turned on/off only one time per half cycle, to control a charge quantity to the capacitor C2. Dispersion of pulse generating number of times and pulse generating phase is thus eliminated. |
