PURPOSE:To prevent scorching food received to a heated vessel by using a changeover switch to operate or stop an intermittent operation control device, and intermittently operating or stopping an inverter unit. CONSTITUTION:One output part of a microcomputer is connected to a transistor Tr32, and its collector circuit connects to a relay 33 for driving a (a) contact 36 provided on a power supply cable of an inverter unit A. Another output part is cormected to an intermittent operation control device 12, and it connects successively to an oscillating circuit 31, monostable multivibrator circuit 4 and Tr34. Further, a relay 35 is inserted to a collector circuit of the Tr34, to drive a (b) contact 37 provided on the power supply cable. Now when the output part is switched by a changeover switch, an intermittent operation signal for operating or a continuous operation signal for stopping the control device 12 is alternatively applied. Then, an off signal is intermittently output to the inverter unit A, and operating action can be stopped. |
