The amplifier reduces offset voltage variation, and equalizes the output voltage of amplifier between output voltage and input voltage of another device. The amplifier includes a current source(21) which connects to PNP transisitors (Q11,Q12,Q19,Q17), the currnt of transistors (Q15)and (Q16) being a half of current I in the normal state, a current sink which is transistors(Q110) and Q(111) with I current flows, and a current mirror which is transistors(Q111) and (Q112) with I current flows.
