PURPOSE:To provide an excellent electronic part by adopting a component expressed in the three-element component chart of BaO-TiO2-DyO3/2 in a pentagonal region having apexes of given points as a main component, and a component including at least one out of Nb, Ni, and Mn as a sub component. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric in a pentagonal region having apexes (a)-(e) shown in the chart is adopted as a main component. At least one out of Nb, Ni, and Mn is used as a sub component, and Nb, Ni, and Mb of 0.6-2.4wt.%, 0.05-0.8wt.%, and 0.01-0.4wt.% calculated in terms of Nb205, NiO, and MnO respectively are contained. In three-element component structure of xBaO+ yTiO2+zDyO3/2 (x+y+z=1), since Ba/Ti>1, in the constitution of this invention, the generation of a secondary phase due to a Ti surplus can be sharply restrained. A dielectric constant at ordinary temperature shows a high value, and the temperature change ratio is equal to or less than the JD characteristic in JIS-C-5130. |
