PURPOSE:To prevent to give an uncomfort to a user by deciding the remaining term of validity of a thrown in commutation ticket is within a prescribed value or not, notifying the user of the fact that termination is approaching when this decision is satisfied. CONSTITUTION:A control part 20 composed of a microcomputer and the peripheral circuit is connected with a passage display part 3 and a guide display part 5, etc. As for the term of validity of the data read out of a communication ticket, not only an aptitude decision but also a decision where the remaining term is within (n) days or within three days, for instance, are performed. When this decision is unsatisfactory (more than four days), a special operation is not performed. When the decision is satisfactory, a message that 'the termination of the term of validity is near', for instance, is outputted by sound from the speaker of the guide display part 5. By this message, a user can recognize that the remaining of the term of validity is a little and an erroneous use of the communication ticket whose term of validity passes is dissolved. Therefore, an offense that the user is seen by doubtful eyes from the surrounding is eliminated. |
