PURPOSE:To reduce retransfer data records and make the retransfer processing efficient by performing the retransfer processing successively to a money reception transaction and increasing chances for the execution of the retransfer processing. CONSTITUTION:An account ledger file 14 is used to manage transaction detail records and retransfer data records, account by account, under account basic data records. A transfer processing part 2 performs account transfer processing for the account ledger file 14 on the basis of transfer data records in a transfer management file 18, deletes transfer data records for which the account transfer processing can be performed from the transfer management file 18, and writes transfer data records for which the account transfer processing can not be performed in the account ledger file 14 as retransfer data records. A retransfer processing part 3 performs the retransfer processing for the account ledger file 14 successively to the money reception transaction if a retransfer data record is generated in an account by a money reception transaction application program 33 when a money reception transaction to the account is generated. |
