PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device of enhanced productivity for double-side image formation by reducing the loss of time required for image formation as much as possible even in the event of the retrying of refeed. CONSTITUTION:If refeed is retried, the time t4 required for starting the retry after a refeed error has been detected, is added to a normal inter-sheet time t2 during a flow in which sheets are put in a first-side copy intermediate tray. That is, when refeed is retried, sheets in a double-side conveying path 18 just before being ejected into the intermediate tray 19 are stopped for the period of time t4, to prefer a refeed flow to put sheets in the intermediate tray 19. |
