PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a motor driving circuit and make it possible to individually change the speed of a plurality of stepping motors, by connecting to each of them commutating diodes, reverse current preventive diodes, and switching diodes. CONSTITUTION:Commutating diodes D6, D8, D14 and D16, and D10, D12, D18 and D20 are connected with the phase A20, 22 and the phase B21, 23 of each stepping motor, and the motors are put in wired OR connection. Further, driving current switching transistors Q3, Q4 and commutating diodes D3, D4 are connected with each of the motors. As a result the motors share a constant-current drive circuit. This makes it possible to reduce the cost of a drive circuit for a plurality of stepping motors, to drive each of the motors connected together with separate timing, and to individually change the speed of the motors. |
