FEEDBACK LINEARIZATING CIRCUIT FOR POWER AMPLIFIER

To eliminate the high frequency mutual modulation noise in digital wireless system, power amplifier is linearized using the baseband signal. The circuit includes: (a) a compensator(1) which converts the phase-modulated wave of the baseband signal into the frequency-modulated wave; (b) an oscillator(2) which generates electrical vibration; (c) a modulator(3) which modulates the generated wave according to the modulated baseband signal; (d) a power amplifier(4) which amplifies the modulated signal; (e) a coupler(5) which feedback the amplified signal of the power amplifier; (f) a phase shifter(6) which controls the generated oscillation wave.
