PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger which is free of mixing between a high temperature fluid and a low temperature fluid and reducible to smaller size by placing heat exchanger tubes in which a high temperature fluid is flowing with heat exchanger tubes in which a low temperature fluid is flowing with a fixing member and laminating and winding spirally both the heat exchanger tubes. CONSTITUTION:A first heat exchanger tube 1 on a high temperature fluid side and second heat exchanger tubes 2a and 2b on a low temperature fluid side are laminated and wound spirally so that the heat exchanger tubes 2a and 2b may hold the heat exchanger tube 1 and may be vertically stacked one upon another. They are placed in a joined state and fixed with a fixing member 3. Each of the heat exchanger tubes 1, 2a and 2b, which are wound up to around the central part, are bent upwardly or downwardly so that they may not cross each other. A high temperature fluid 4, which performs a heat supply action, is distributed in the first heat exchanger tube 1 while a low temperature fluid 5, which performs a heat receiving action, is distributed within the heat exchanger tubes 2a and 2b. The thermal conduction of dissimilar fluids are arranged to take place by way of pipe walls 6, 7a and 7b of the heat exchanger tubes 1, 2a and 2b, which are joined. |
