<p>PURPOSE: To prevent degradation and sticking of an electrolyte supply tube and system malfunctions caused together with these by constituting the liquid supply tube of a polymeric material which is free of substantially plasticizer outflow at a given temperature range and having 2.50 inches in the minimum bending radium and a given breakage strength. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte pressurized in a pressurization electrolyte source 12a in a storage battery electrolyte replenishing device 10 is supplied to a container 18 via a liquid supply conduit 12, a liquid supply valve 14, and a electrolyte supply device 20. A water plug 20 is connected to the conduit 12 via the water plug 16, and a main valve device 30, a liquid amplifier 70, and a pilot valve 80 are contained. The device 20 presents action for supplying liquid to respective containers 18, independent of each other. The supply tube 12 is constituted of a polymeric material having no substantial plasticizer outflow over a temperature range of -12 deg.F to 200 deg.F, and having the minimum bending radium of about 2.50 inches and breakage strength up to about 40 psi.</p> |
