PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment/detachment of a cartridge in an image forming device, to make the device small in size and light in weight and to reduce the cost of the device. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a cartridge main body 2 for the drum cartridge 1 attached to/detached from a device main body, a shaft 4 supported in the cartridge main body 2 so that it can slide in the shaft center direction of an image carrier 3, and a spring 11 energizing the shaft 4 to one side in a sliding direction. By fitting the shaft 4 in the cartridge supporting parts 21 and 22 of the device main body from the diameter direction of the image carrier 3 or a direction parallel with the diameter direction, the cartridge main body 2 is positioned in the device main body at the time of loading the cartridge 1 by a main body positioning means 24 and the spring 11, and the shaft 4 is positioned. |
