<p>PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic developer which stably produces an image having high density and excellent resolving ability, and especially shows excellent recognition rate in the case where it is used for a magnetic ink signal distinguishing system. CONSTITUTION:In the magnetic developer containing a magnetic toner which contains a binding resin, a magnetic matter and wax, after the toner is crushed into weight-average particle diameter D4 and length-average particle diameter D1 whose values are severally 7mum<=D4<20mum and 1<D4/D1<=3.5 by a mechanical crusher, it is further finely crushed by an impact type crusher using a jet air stream.</p> |
