PURPOSE:To provide the music tone control unit which can freely vary the tonality and arrangement of original music without requiring plural pieces of music information. CONSTITUTION:A control part 8 reads digital sound source control information out of a digital sound source control storage device 5 and also reads music tone control information out as well. The original digital sound source control information is varied by referring to a tonality conversion map stored in a ROM 10 corresponding to the music tone control information to generate 2nd digital sound source control information, which is stored as a temporary file in a RAM 9 and then supplied to a digital sound source module 6, so that a musical performance can be done under music tone control. The arrangement of music which can not be considered before is easily performed with only one piece of digital sound source control information and the atmosphere that the music has can boldly be varied. |
