<p>To produce a multi-layer cladded material, wiht an inner pressure and gas-filled cladding such as for upholstery or shoe inner soles, two textile layers are applied to the cladding against its inner surfaces so that they are bonded to the elastomeric material. The fibre structure of the fabrics contains texturised or flannelised yarns to increase adhesion. Relative movements of theh fabric layers are restrained by a flexible insert between them, while the interior of the cladding is charged with a gas.</p> |
