The device varies the transnconductance value, and enlarges the operating range. The device includes a differiantial amplifying means which outputs the current corresponding to the voltage, a common base amplifying means which transfers the current, a current transfer means which transfers the amplifying current to the output terminal, and a current source means which converts the voltage-current convertion ratio, and functions as the current source of common base amplifying means.
