PURPOSE: To provide a photographic sensitive silver halide material having low sensitivity to a roller mark in an automatic processing machine. CONSTITUTION: This photographic sensitive silver halide material has a substrate, at least one silver halide emulsion layer on one side or both sides of the substrate, at least one stress preventing gelatin layer on the emulsion and an antistatic surface layer not practically contg. gelatin formed on the gelatin layer at request. The emulsion layer contains at least one kind of synthetic clay.
