摘要

PURPOSE:To realize a busy signal function in a memory card where a flash memory with a data poling function is used. CONSTITUTION:The memory card 1 providing plural flash memories FMRY-1 to FMRY-19 with a status polling function which outputs information reporting the comletion of an automatic system operation such as auto-erasion, etc., from a first terminal PI/07 so as to enable status poling. In the memory ard 1, a card controller 3 is adopted, which outputs a busy signal BSYN synchronizing with the indication of the automatic system operation from an outside and indicating a busy state, waits for the state where information for reporting the completion of the applying operation is outputted from the first terminal PI/07 of the whole flash memories FMRY to which the operation is indicated and changes the busy signal BSYN into a ready state.
