PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of galling between a fixed shaft and a rotary sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The rotary sleeve 24 whose top end has the fixing of a thrust plate 23 made of a ceramic material which is made of the ceramic material is fitted into th fixed shaft 22 erected on a housing pedestal 21 and made of the ceramic material. A rotary polygon mirror 26 is fixed on the top surface of a fixing member 25 fixed on the outer periphery of the rotary sleeve 24, to constitute a driving motor 34 on the outer periphery of the fixing member 25. A driving motor, etc., are covered by a cover 34 and a receiving member 35 made of the ceramic material is arranged in a position corresponding to the center line of the rotation of the rotary sleeve 24 on the ceiling part of the cover 34. |
