PURPOSE:To provide equal combustion speed to a foamed heat insulating material, employing conventional horogenized hydrocarbon as a foaming agent and permit the securing of noncorrosive property against a metallic pipe arranged in the structural body even when a hydrocarbon, having flamability, is employed as the foaming agent of the foamed heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A space of a heat insulating structure 1, in which a metallic pipe 5 is arranged, is filled with a foamed heat insulating material produced by a method wherein a polyol constituent, containing at least 50% or more of benzilic ether type phenol resin, organic polyisocyanate, foam stabilizer, catalyst and a foaming agent having at least one constituent of hydrocarbon are mixed and foamed. |
