The device for detecting the welded bonding, stops the motion of the robot when the welded bonding is detected in the spot welding. The device comprises the inter lock control section (4), a CPU (8), a D/A convertor (9), a filter (10), a motor controller (11) for controlling the total system; a robot control section (5) for controlling the main body (7) of the robot by performing the programme according to the control signal of the section (4); a welding control section (6) for driving and controlling a welding gun (3) accoding to the signal of the section (4); (+)(-) terminals of the differential amplifier (12) connected with the contact between the section (6) and the gun (3); a photo coupler (PC) for transmitting the control signal from the CPU (8) to the motor controlling section (11).
