The invention relates to a connecting fitting for flexible corrugated tubes, hoses or cables having at least one groove (which is arranged concentrically around the hose or tube axis at the end of the hose) or having peaks and troughs (which run parallel to one another) of a corrugated tube or hose, and having a connecting stub with a threaded part which has a housing which accommodates the end of the corrugated tube in a hole having an internal stop and is provided over a region of its circumference with at least one opening, which is bounded by axle webs, for the insertion of a locking element. The locking element (1) is in this case designed as an elastic ring having external domed circumferential surfaces which virtually completely close the openings (10) in the housing (8) in the installed state. Further external surface parts of the locking elements are matched to the inner surfaces of the webs (3) of the housing (8) and, in the installed state, form the heating and holding surfaces of the locking element. The internal circumference of the locking element (1) has at least two mutually opposite elastic tongues (9) whose engagement sides - related to the longitudinal axis of the housing (8) - are designed such that they can pivot elastically radially inwards and are dimensioned such that each tongue end can be latched by means of its flat part (14) in the gap (15) (groove) which exists between two troughs of the hose, or by means of a groove which is located on the hose circumference. <IMAGE>
