AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF POLYMER COMPOSITION

An aqueous dispersion of a polymer composition comprising a copolymer (A) composed of units derived from a vinyl monomer (a1) having a hydrolyzable silyl group and units derived from another vinyl monomer (a2) copolymerizable with the monomer (a1) and a water-soluble amine-imide polymer (B). The dispersion is excellent in polymerization stability, mechanical stability and preservability, and is useful for various applications such as coating agent, paint, adhesive, primer, and binder.
