<p>The interphase is formed by nanometric scale sequencing of various constituents, of which a first has an intrinsic lamellar microtexture and at least a second can protect the first against oxidation. Several basic layers of a first lamellar microtexture constituent selected for example from pyrocarbon, boron nitride and BC3 are formed alternately with one or more layers of a second constituent having an oxidation protection function, selected for example from SiC, Si3N4, SiB4, SiB6 or a codeposit of the elements Si, B, C. The basic interphase layers, the thickness of which is preferably less than 10 nanometres, are formed by pulsed chemical vapour deposition or infiltration.</p> |
