A three-way seat valve is described having a valve chamber (3) into which an inlet (4), capable of being connected to a pressure line, opens and which has three outlet openings (6, 15, 16) which are each surrounded by a valve seat and can be closed off by valve elements (25, 26, 29) arranged in the valve chamber (3). Two valve elements (25, 26) are held in the closed position by a spring force and can be moved into the open position independently of one another by an actuating device (21, 22). The third valve element (29) is held in the open position by spring force and can be moved into the closed position by opening the first valve element (25) or the second valve element (26) and held in this position by a pressure in the valve chamber (3).
