Two plates (6, 7) which are connected to one another pivotably via a film hinge (9), together form a label receiving part (1) in which a label (5) is placed. A tab (3) is moulded integrally onto the lower end of one of the two plates (7). Said tab has a hook (12) which can be folded over a wall (16) running perpendicular to the surface of the inside of the plate (7) and around a through-hole (2). When the label plate (5) has been inserted and the hook (12) of the tab (3) has been folded over the said peripheral wall (16), a key (4) having been fitted onto said hook, the two plates (6, 7) are folded together. ……
