PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in productivity, by a method wherein a hot platen is cooled suddenly to snatch away evaporation heat from the hot platen when atomized water content in compressed air is evaporated within the high-temperature hot platen. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air passes through a strainer 15, inlet valve 13, top and bottom hot platens 6, 7 and goes outside through a strainer 16 and outlet valve 14. The compressed air in an atomized state is made to generate by mixing cooling water whose flow has been controlled by passing through a water inlet valve 17 with the air. As this dew is evaporated in a passage of the inside of the hot platen, the hot platen can be cooled swiftly. A cooling rate of the hot platen can be controlled by controlling further a flow of the cooling water flowing through the cooling water inlet valve by providing an indication needle 18 and temperature detector 19. Based on the above matter, an improvement in productivity in adhesion of a wiring circuit board is possible. |
