The present invention relates to a radio antenna for mobile transmission and reception in the form of a window-mounted antenna, the intended operating frequency band being the D-network band in the range from 890 to 960 MHz. A window-mounted antenna 1 according to the invention has an outer antenna part 2, which contains the transmission and reception antenna 4, and inner antenna part 3 and a clamping bracket (clip) 5 which connects the outer antenna part 2 and the inner antenna part 3 to one another so that the window-mounted antenna 1 can be clipped by means of the clamping bracket 5 onto a vehicle window pane 7 which can be closed, signals being transmitted between the outer antenna part 2 and the inner antenna part 3 capacitively through the vehicle window pane 7. <IMAGE>
