摘要 PURPOSE:To allow an ink droplet to stably fly even when a satellite or dust is adhered to the tip end part of a slit, by allowing the tip end of an electrode to a position in the rear from the leading end of the slit by a predetermined interval and applying negative static pressure to the ink in the slit. CONSTITUTION:Negative static pressure is applied to ink by the downward positional adjustment of an ink tank 5. By arranging a recording electrode 6 in the rear from the leading end of a slit 3, the leading end of the recording electrode 6 comes to position further inside the ink 4 of which the surface is curved to the inside at the leading end position of the slit 3 and the ink 4 can be allowed to always stably fly. As the material quality of the upper plate l and lower plate 2 constituting the slit 3, a material having a good leakage property such as an epoxy resin is used and the ink is allowed to certainly flow in the slit 3 from the ink tank 5 to the leading end part of the slit 3 by a capillary phenomenon. Since negative static pressure is applied to the ink, even when a satellite or dust is adhered to the tip end of the slit, the overflow of the ink is prevented.
