The present invention concerns anti-tumor neutral lipids of the endosperm of Job's tears (Coix lacryma-jobi), a method to extract and refine it from the endosperm of Job's tears and a pharmaceutical composition with the neutral lipids. The neutral lipids of the endosperm of Job's tears and its pharmaceutical composition are indicated for anti-tumor effect, enhancement of immunity and protection from many diseases.
