PURPOSE:To provide ink jet recording paper excellent in color forming properties and ink absorbability and providing printed matter having reticulated embossed patterns. CONSTITUTION:Ink jet recording paper consists of base paper based on cellulose pulp and the ink receiving coating layer formed on at least one surface of the base paper and containing white pigment and a binder resin as main components and embossed patterns are preliminarily applied to the surface of the base paper before the ink receiving coating layer is provided on the base paper. |
