PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBON

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a hydrocarbon production process having high methane conversion and 2C compound selectivity and excellent yield of 2C compound. CONSTITUTION:Hydrocarbons having carbon number of >=2 such as ethane and ethylene are produced by contacting a methane-containing hydrocarbon gas with a catalyst produced by supporting 20-50mol% of an alkali metal fluoride such as lithium fluoride, sodium fluoride and potassium fluoride on samarium oxide and reacting under normal pressure at a reaction temperature of 600-850 deg.C in the presence of oxygen.
