发明名称 PIERCING CONTROL METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten machining time by outputting laser output command for piercing after the lapse of a specific distance from the state of deceleration at the time of movement control from the end position of cutting to the state position of the next cutting. CONSTITUTION:A machining head is accelerated between the time t0 and t1, is moved at a specified speed between the time t1 and t2 and is further decelerated between the time t2 and t3 in order to move the head to the next cutting start point after ending of a specific cutting. The positioning to the cutting start point is in succession executed between the time t3 and t5. A piercing start position is determined when the deceleration start at the time t2 is detected. The position advanced by the set distance from the deceleration start point is determined as the piercing start position by using the set distance previously stored in a memory. This set distance is so set that the piercing is completed simultaneously with the completion of the positioning of the cutting start point. As a result, the time required for the piercing is made substantially zero and the machining time is surely shortened.
