PURPOSE:To reduce assembling labor and to enhance workability by subjecting the elastomer lump parts positioned outside a pair of shoes and the connection part extending through the shoes held between the elastomer lump parts so connect both lump parts so insert molding using an elastomer material. CONSTITUTION:At first, shoes 1a, 1b are inserted in an insert mold to be set to a state bringing the spacer parts of the vertical walls thereof into contact with each other within the mold. Spaces for molding rubber lump parts are provided outside a pair of the horizontal walls in the mold and these two spaces are communicate with each other through a channel formed by the inner wall surfaces of the mold and the recessed parts of the vertical walls of the shoes 1a, 1b. Padding is inserted in the space between a pair of the horizontal walls so as to prevent a rubber material from flowing in the space. When the rubber material is injected into the mold in this state, the rubber material penetrates into the spaces and the communication part. As a result, rubber lump parts 2a, 2b and the connection part connecting them are formed and the molded object taken out of the mold has such a structure that the shoes 1a, 1b are held between the rubber lump parts 2a, 2b from above and below and all of them are integrated by the connection part 7. |
